Outside the United States, write first. Pottery is heavy and the rate is quoted per parcel.
Returns and breakages
A piece that arrives broken is replaced or refunded in full; send a photo of the box and the piece within seven days. A piece that is simply not what you wanted can come back within fourteen days, unused, for the price of the piece; the return postage is yours.
Write to the shop with your order reference and a line about what happened.
For a breakage, attach a photo of the piece and the box. Nothing needs to be sent back.
For a change of mind, wrap it as it came and post it within fourteen days of delivery.
The refund goes back the way you paid, within five business days of the piece arriving.
