The price on the piece is the price you pay, plus shipping as shown on the shipping page. Payment is taken on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page at the moment you buy. An order request sent from the cart is not a purchase until the shop replies with a total and you pay it.
Shipping
Orders leave within three business days. The times on the shipping page are the carrier's usual times, not a promise; the tracking number tells you where the box is.
Breakages and returns
A piece that arrives broken is replaced or refunded in full when you send a photo within seven days. A change of mind can come back within fourteen days, unused, for the price of the piece. The full rules are on the shipping and returns page and they are the rules.
Handmade means different
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand. Glaze pools, speckles and small differences in size are part of it, not faults.
