Three presets. Every one was checked for contrast; the words and prices never change, only the paint.
Merchant Warm paper, navy ink, an oxblood accent. The shop as a printed price list. Kiln Dark clay ground with ochre. The shop at closing time, lamps on. Signal Bright white and cobalt. Clean shelves, a clear price on everything.

Master is the site exactly as it was designed. Mirror is the last look you published. Either one puts every setting on this browser back in one press.

What a search engine is told about this shop and this page:
On your own copy this tab publishes the look, words and sections above so every visitor sees them, behind a passphrase only you know. On the demo, changes stay in this browser.
How it works on a live site: the toolbar sends your settings to your own hosting account. Nothing in the page holds a password.
Ten instruction files, one for each job on the site. Hand any of them to the AI assistant you already use and it knows the shop, the rules and its job.
Connect your AI. Give your assistant this address and it can read the whole shop: every piece and price, the shipping rates, the returns rules, the hours, and the ten team files.

Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot with a line like "Read this, then help me with my shop website." No key, no login, nothing to install.
Your side of the site. Pick a bench, ask it anything about running the shop. Every answer is a proposal: nothing reaches a visitor until you publish it.
The Workshop needs the passphrase you publish with. It is sent with your question and never saved in the page. The Workshop is not connected on this demo; on your own copy it answers from your hosting account's AI key.

Something looks wrong on the site. Describe it and the bench says what it is and how to put it right. Try: The mug page shows the wrong price / The pay button does nothing on my phone Change the words, the look, the sections or a product. The bench proposes the change; you apply it to the preview and publish when it is right. Try: Mark the serving bowl sold out until the next firing / Move the firing notes sign-up above the questions Short ads for the pieces, written from the site's own words. No claims the shop cannot back. Try: Three short ads for the dinner plate set / A holiday line for the tea bowls How the shop shows up when someone searches for handmade stoneware near them, and what to change. Try: What should the mug page be titled? / Which questions should the FAQ answer? A short plan for the week: what to fire, what to restock, what to post, what to fix. Try: Plan next week around a Saturday firing / What should go in the firing day note?

Local details. The one listing that brings a shop more visits than the website itself is the free Google Business Profile. Fill this in once and copy it across.
Go to business.google.com and sign in with the shop's Google account.
Search for the shop by name. Claim it if it is there, add it if it is not.
Pick the category that fits, such as "Pottery store" or "Gift shop". Add "Ceramics wholesaler" only if you sell to trade.
Paste the address, phone, hours and description below, exactly as they are here.
Verify by postcard, phone or video, then post a photo of a new piece after every firing.
