Every job starts with a written scope and price. The price holds for thirty days. Anything found once the roof is open, rotten decking most often, is priced per board and shown to you before it is replaced.
Scheduling and weather
We give a start date, not a start hour. Rain, lightning or high wind moves a job to the next dry day, and we call the evening before.
Payment
A deposit holds the date and covers materials. The balance is due on the day the job is finished and walked with you. Insurance jobs follow the claim schedule.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on materials pass to you with the paperwork. Our own workmanship warranty is written on the quote for each job; the sample site does not name a term, because a made-up number is worse than none.
