Yes. Every issue ships with a move-in prompt: hand it to your AI with your current address and it fills the new site with your own words, pictures and pages, one page at a time. The move-in page shows the steps, and lets you choose whether the new site keeps your old look, mixes the two, or takes the new one.

It can. Each site carries a front desk: an Ask button that answers questions about your business from a fact sheet the build writes from your own settings. It is switched on by putting your AI key in your hosting dashboard, never in the site, and it can be switched off at any time. Visitors' questions are not stored.

A complete website at the tier you chose: all of its pages and files, the style presets that tier carries, a plain-English license and a setup guide. Full and Showstopper add the owner toolbar and the team of AI instruction files; Showstopper adds the front desk, the Workshop, the motion hero, the world edition and a walkthrough call. You host it on your own accounts.

The sites are built so the owner can run them with the toolbar and a chat AI. If you would rather have help, the prompts give any AI what it needs to assist you.

The guide in the box walks you through it in plain steps, one at a time, on a free Cloudflare plan. The site is built so any AI assistant can help too: paste in the step you are on and it explains it. No developer is needed.

Not from us. You pay your own hosting and domain, which for most of these sites costs little or nothing beyond the domain.

All sales are final. The live demo is the full product, so you can test everything before paying. Where local consumer law grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply.
